PHOENIX SKY HARBOR INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT TERMINAL 3 GARAGE EXPANSION JOINTS AND BEARING PADS AND TERMINAL 4 GARAGE SEALS AND EXPANSION JOINTS ON LEVELS 4 THROUGH 9

The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to provide preconstruction services and complete construction services for the repair or replacement of all expansion joints, bearing pads, and structural defects on all levels of the Terminal 3 Parking Garage, as well as the repair or replacement of all joint seals, expansion joints, and structural defects on Levels 4 through 9 of the Terminal 4 Parking Garage at the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. The selected CMAR will work as a team with the designer of record and City staff to ensure an efficient design approach for the project. The scope of work includes providing detailed cost estimating and knowledge of marketplace conditions, project planning and scheduling, construction phasing and scheduling, and long-lead procurement studies. The CMAR will also be responsible for selecting subcontractors/suppliers, preparing a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) proposal, and coordinating with various City of Phoenix departments. • The project requires a comprehensive structural repair of the Terminal 3 and Terminal 4 parking garages. • The CMAR will work with the designer of record and City staff to ensure an efficient design approach. • The scope of work includes preconstruction services, construction services, and subcontractor selection. • The project has an estimated total construction cost of $100 million. • The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified CMAR with experience in similar projects. • The selection process will be based on a qualifications-based selection process.
