OCONUS Steam Sterilizers

The Defense Health Agency (DHA) is conducting market research to identify manufacturers and vendors capable of supplying commercial medical/laboratory steam sterilizers (autoclaves) for use Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS) at DHA facilities in the United Kingdom, Germany, and Turkey. The requirement is for fourteen (14) units across three equipment categories: Class B tabletop, large-capacity tabletop, and floor-standing hospital-grade. The equipment must be FDA cleared/approved and CE marked as a medical device for steam sterilization use. • The DHA intends to source all fourteen units from a single manufacturer to reduce equipment and maintenance variance across the network. • Vendors capable of supplying only one or two of the three categories are still encouraged to respond. • The Government will use the information received to assess industry capability and inform the acquisition strategy. • The response due date is 31 July 2026, and interested parties should submit a written capability statement via email to the Point of Contact.
