The City of Holland is seeking a qualified vendor to upgrade its Police Department indoor shooting range. The work includes removal and replacement of ballistic curtains, cleaning and lead‑safe removal of existing rubber grantex mulch, refilling the range with new ballistic‑grade materials, HEPA vacuuming, TSP‑based wipe‑down of all surfaces, and provision of lodging and per‑diem for the crew. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes by 11:00 AM on 19 Oct 2026 and are irrevocable for 30 days. • Replace existing ballistic curtains with ≥¼‑inch self‑healing curtains
• Remove lead and foreign objects from rubber grantex mulch and top‑off mulch
• Provide lead‑safe cleaning technicians, PPE, equipment, fuel, mobilization/demobilization
• Perform TSP alternative wipe‑down of stations, walls, countertops
• Conduct HEPA vacuuming of the entire range floor
• Supply up to 40 bags of new rubber grantex mulch
