Description
The Wake County Public School System is seeking proposals from responsible and qualified proposers to administer and provide a high-quality, cost-effective Group Dental Insurance Plan. The plan should provide dental benefits to eligible insureds, including active permanent full-time employees and their dependents. The proposer should demonstrate experience, financial stability, and capability to deliver dental benefits in accordance with the requirements outlined in the RFP. The contract term will be for three years with a two-year renewal option. Key services include claims administration, customer service, and account management.
• The proposer should have at least five years of experience in writing, underwriting, and servicing Group Dental Insurance Plans.
• The proposer should have a minimum of three years of experience in marketing a Group Dental insurance contract.
• The proposer should provide a detailed plan to provide continued service and support of the resultant insurance contract in the event the proposer's company is no longer the servicing carrier for any reason.
• The proposer should maintain Commercial General Liability Insurance, Errors and Omissions/Professional Liability insurance, and Automobile and/or Commercial Truck Insurance as required.
• The proposer should comply with all laws, statutes, rules, and regulations of the State of North Carolina and the United States of America.
