Southside Regional Park Construction Services

The City of Rock Hill is seeking bids for the Southside Regional Park Construction Services project. The project involves the development of a new park, including the construction of elite and youth artificial turf baseball/softball/multipurpose fields, a football field, covered batting cages, and stadium seating. The project also includes the installation of concession, restroom facilities, press boxes, parking areas, and lighting throughout. The city is looking for a company with experience in similar projects and the ability to deliver the project on time. The evaluation criteria include company experience, key personnel experience, schedule and ability to deliver, price, sustainability, and workforce capacity. • The project is funded by the Land & Water Conservation Fund Grant and the Outdoor Legacy Recreation Program. • The project must comply with the Build America, Buy America Act requirements. • The project includes a pre-proposal meeting, which is non-mandatory. • The city reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor technicalities. • The city will evaluate responses based on a weighted evaluation system. • The city may request additional information or modifications to the bid. • The city may elect to interview one or more bidding companies before making an award.
