Description
The project consists of expanding an evidence vault capacity by building a new vault, reorganizing existing furniture to accommodate the vault addition, and adding new furniture in an existing space. The work will require project phasing and will take place on the 9th floor of the Richard E Gerstein Justice Center. The contractor shall be responsible for verifying all fees, permits, and obtaining all required permits/sub-permits for the project. The estimated construction cost is $310,665.70, which includes $13,377.95 estimated permit processing fees.
