ITB 2026-024 - PRINCE FREDERICK WATER LINE EXTENSIONS–PHASE 2

The project involves the extension of water lines in Prince Frederick, Maryland. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all materials and services necessary for the completion of the construction and fulfillment of the contract. The project includes mobilization, maintenance of traffic, erosion and sediment control, furnishing and installing PVC restrained joint water main, directionally drilled pipeline, and air release valve. The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, codes, and standards. • The project requires a pre-bid meeting, which is encouraged for bidders who have not toured the site. • The contractor must submit a bid bond for five percent of the bid price. • The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder. • The contractor must maintain a record of all drawings, specifications, addenda, change orders, and written interpretations and clarifications. • The contractor must furnish two complete sets of reproducible drawings of "As Finished" or "As Built" drawings and information for all aspects of the project construction.
