Description
The Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) intends to award a sole-source contract to RavenTek Solution Partners, LLC, for Tier III premium technical support for the CineMassive Haivision Critical Video Distribution Platform. The contract will include on-site preventive maintenance and on-call corrective services to ensure continuous system functionality. The scope of work includes premium support program, on-site service calls, preventative maintenance inspection, system performance verification, and backup and recovery.
• The premium support program includes 24/7 critical phone support, a two-hour response time for support inquiries, enhanced hardware coverage, and general availability and maintenance software releases.
• On-site service calls will be provided up to two times per contract year to perform preventative maintenance and/or corrective actions.
• The preventative maintenance inspection includes documentation and system review, physical and electrical inspection, system performance verification, and backup and recovery.
The contract will have a base period of 12 months with an option to extend for an additional 12 months.
