Sole Source to Tilt Autonomy Inc for USV GNSS Module REV B Multi-band GNSS Systems

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) is seeking to award a firm fixed price contract to Tilt Autonomy, Inc. for the provision of USV GNSS Module REV B Multi-band GNSS Systems. The systems are required to replace current systems at the ARMADA Depot. The contract will be awarded on a sole source basis due to the uniqueness of the requirements and the fact that Tilt Autonomy, Inc. is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the items. The key aspects of the job include: • Replacement of existing GNSS Systems with new USV GNSS Module REV B Multi-band GNSS Systems • The systems are part of a configuration-controlled system and are manufacturer-specific • The contract will be awarded on a sole source basis due to the uniqueness of the requirements • The systems will be drop-shipped to Stennis Space Center, the home of the ARMADA Depot The scope of work includes the provision of the USV GNSS Module REV B Multi-band GNSS Systems, as well as shipping and delivery to the specified location.
