Description
The County seeks a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive painting services (interior, exterior, surface preparation, pressure‑washing, sandblasting, water‑sealing, etc.) and general facilities maintenance (carpentry, minor concrete work, demolition, remodels, etc.) on an annual basis with up to four optional one‑year renewals. Bids must be sealed, submitted by the October 21 2026 deadline, and the contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Key compliance requirements include OSHA safety standards, a one‑year warranty, E‑Verify verification, and insurance coverage meeting A‑7 (or higher) ratings.
