Description
The State of Colorado is seeking a contractor to provide services for the ECMC Orphan Well Program, including collecting methane emission samples, plugging wells, and decommissioning abandoned production equipment. The contractor will be required to enter into a formal Main Task Order Contract with the State. The contract will expire on June 30, 2031.
• The scope of work includes a range of services, such as well plugging, equipment decommissioning, and site restoration.
• The contractor will be selected based on their qualifications, experience, and price.
• The contract will be awarded to the most advantageous proposal, taking into consideration the price and evaluation factors set forth in the RFP.
