Description
The GPO seeks a vendor to produce ten “Restricted Access” poster signs for DHS‑HSI evidence rooms. The signs must be 12×24 in., printed on 0.060 in. white polystyrene board with full‑color UV inks, a non‑yellowing front varnish, a permanent adhesive back, rounded corners, and drilled 1/8‑in. holes at each corner. The contractor must provide a press‑quality PDF soft proof, wrap each sign in Kraft paper, and ship flat with dual labeling (FedEx/UPS and plain label) to two DHS addresses, using a traceable carrier and “FRAGILE/DO NOT STACK/DO NOT CRUSH” stickers. Delivery is required by 11 Aug 2026. The contract is a small‑purchase RFQ with an electronic submission deadline of 16 Jul 2026.
