Active Yeast - CDOC Warehouse

The Colorado Department of Corrections is seeking an Offeror to provide Active Dry Yeast to six warehouse locations across Colorado on an as-needed/requested basis. The yeast must meet specific quality and specification requirements, including being instant dry baker’s yeast obtained from a specially selected strain of Saccharomyces cerevisiae. The contract is expected to begin on March 19, 2026, and end on March 18, 2027, with the option to renew for up to four additional one-year periods. • The Offeror must be able to accommodate orders and arrange for deliveries based on the quantities requested at the time of each order. • The brand awarded will be the brand expected for delivery, and substitutions will not be accepted. • The Offeror must provide a certificate of insurance evidencing insurance coverage prior to execution of the Contract or Purchase Order. • The pricing must remain firm during the initial term of the Contract or Purchase Order, and the CDOC may consider an annual price increase not to exceed 2.5% for each fiscal year of the Contract.
