Western Plow

The City of Warren is requesting a quotation for a Western Wide Out snow plow and blade kits and a 10-inch Rubber Deflector Kit. The quotation should include prices for new products in current production. The City reserves the right to reject any and all quotations and to waive any defect or irregularity in quotes. The award of the quotation will be based on a combination of factors, including adherence to quotation requirements, references, and any other factors that may be in the City's best interest. • The quotation should be submitted electronically via the BidNet (MITN) system. • The City is sales tax exempt, so sales taxes should not be included in the quotation. • The City's normal payment terms are 45 days in connection with cash discounts specified with this quotation. • The contractor shall comply with Regulations relative to nondiscrimination in Federally-assisted programs of the Department of Transportation. • The contractor shall provide all information and reports required by the Regulations, or directives issued pursuant thereto.
