Description
The United States Forest Service is seeking a qualified small‑business contractor to provide comprehensive grounds‑maintenance services for the Alexandria Forestry Center (AFC) located on the Kisatchie National Forest in Pineville, LA. The work includes routine mowing, edging, string‑trimming, landscape‑bed weeding, shrub and hedge trimming, debris cleanup, and occasional debris removal and disposal. The contract is a firm‑fixed‑price, five‑year (base year plus four optional years) award with a total estimated value of roughly $700‑$800 K. Offerors must be registered in SAM, provide a Performance Relevancy Questionnaire, and meet all applicable FAR and USDA clauses. Site visits are optional but encouraged.
