Description
This solicitation seeks a full‑time consultant to provide project‑management and construction‑management services for the Northern Horizons Behavioral Health Expansion in Brawley, CA. The consultant will oversee design‑build selection, coordinate with county and sheriff’s office stakeholders, manage on‑site construction activities, handle schedule, cost, and quality control, and deliver final close‑out documents. The scope includes interior demolition, temporary on‑site office management, potential elevator installation, and coordination of specialty services procured by the county.
• Provide full‑time PM/CM from October 2026 through June 30 2030, overseeing all phases of the design‑build project.
• Conduct coordination meetings, submittal reviews, schedule and budget monitoring, and value‑engineering reviews.
• Manage temporary job‑site office, ensure fire/safety systems remain operational, and prepare final construction summary reports.
• No exterior site work, CEQA, or LEED requirements; specialty engineering services (structural, geotechnical, etc.) will be procured separately by the county.
• Must meet DIR registration, prevailing‑wage, and insurance requirements; submission deadline August 21 2026.
