Critical Illness Immunological Reprogramming and Control Point Learning Engine (CIRCLE) Innovative Solutions Opening (ISO)

The Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H) is seeking innovative solutions for the Critical Illness Immunological Reprogramming and Control Point Learning Engine (CIRCLE) program. The goal of the CIRCLE program is to create a critical illness Control Point Validation Engine that leads to improvements in intensive care unit (ICU) health outcomes, coupled to reduced stay time and associated costs, by assessing, predicting, and treating immuno-inflammatory dysregulation before it causes organ failure. • The CIRCLE program aims to improve ICU health outcomes and reduce costs by developing a Control Point Validation Engine. • The program seeks to assess, predict, and treat immuno-inflammatory dysregulation before it causes organ failure. • Interested parties are invited to review the attached CIRCLE ISO ARPA-H-SOL-26-139 and its Attachments A – F. • Proposers are required to submit solution summaries and full proposals through the ARPA-H website.
