One (1) Year’s Requirements of Tires and Recapping

The Macomb County Purchasing Department is seeking bids for a one-year contract to provide tires and recapping services for the county's vehicles. The contract will require the delivery of tires and recapping services as needed from November 1, 2025, to October 31, 2026. The bidder must provide a complete price list, complete specifications, and photo-reproduction of all tires bid. The county reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities. The contract will be for a minimum of one year, with the option for two one-year extensions. • The bidder must be properly licensed under state laws governing their respective trades. • The bidder must meet the qualifications indicated in the bidding documents. • The bidder must provide a list of subcontractors and their contact information. • The bidder must provide proof of insurance, including commercial general liability, workers' compensation, and automobile liability. • The bidder must comply with the Federal E-Verify Program and certify their compliance. • The bidder must provide a standard manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
