Description
The Coweta County School Nutrition Department is requesting bids for the purchase and installation of two commercial combi oven/steamers to replace existing equipment at two school locations. The proposed combi oven/steamer shall meet or exceed the minimum requirements specified in the bid document.
• The equipment shall accommodate a minimum of six 18" x 26" full-size sheet pans or twelve 12" x 20" x 1" hotel pans.
• The equipment shall have a minimum six-shelf capacity.
• The exterior dimensions shall not exceed 40 inches in width, 33.5 inches in depth, and 41.5 inches in height.
• The equipment shall be delivered to each school, removed and properly disposed of existing equipment, placed and leveled, connected to existing utility services, and started up and operationally tested.
• The vendor shall provide a manufacturer's standard warranty, a minimum one-year parts and labor warranty, and documentation of local service support and response times.
