RFI: Targetry Range Automated Control and Recording II (TRACR II) Software

The US Army is seeking information from interested offerors regarding a technical challenge related to data transfer between two networks. The Targetry Range Automated Control and Recording II (TRACR II) software is used to operate range targetry and collect scoring data, but the current system operates independently of any external communications. The Army is looking for solutions to transfer data from the existing closed network to a separate, cloud-based database.
