Description
The Iowa Department of Administrative Services (DAS) is seeking professional design services for the replacement of two Motivair units with new units, including similar capacity ACCU chillers and some free-cooling preferred, while avoiding major piping changes and work in Air Handlers. The selected firm will be required to provide design services, attend a design kickoff meeting, use the State of Iowa's construction management software, and provide bid alternates. The firm will also be responsible for construction administration, including creating a submittal and closeout items log, reviewing and responding to submittals, and participating in project meetings.
