Description
The Ohio State University is seeking bids for the complete demolition of the north wing (the 1969 addition) of Evans Laboratory. The work includes removing the building structure, maintaining utilities for adjacent wings, and installing a metal panel wall and interior hollow metal doors on the remaining facility. This project requires compliance with state prevailing wage rules, EDGE participation goals, and submission of bid guarantees and qualifications.
• Demolition of the north wing of Evans Lab, including structural removal and site clean‑up.
