Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is announcing its intent to issue a single-source contract to Swisslog Healthcare for the maintenance, repair, and service of Swisslog automation equipment at the Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System. The contract will include a base year and three optional years, with services to be performed Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The scope of work includes semi-annual preventative maintenance, OEM materials and parts, and OEM software updates for the equipment. The contractor will be required to provide all labor, materials, hardware, maintenance, and support necessary to ensure the equipment functions at full capacity.
• The equipment to be maintained includes AutoPharm workstations, AutoCarousel workstations, and AutoCarousel storage and retrieval systems.
• The contractor will be required to provide software updates and perform repairs on the equipment in accordance with OEM recommendations.
• The contractor will be required to provide individual service reports for each occurrence that service is provided.
• The contract will be a firm-fixed price type contract.
