Provide Professional Surveying Services for the Department of Public

The Jefferson Parish Purchasing Department is seeking a professional surveying services provider to work on an as-needed basis for a two-year period. The selected firm will provide surveying services for the Department of Public Works. The firm must have a principal who is a professional land surveyor registered in Louisiana, and a professional in charge of the project who is also a registered professional land surveyor with at least five years of experience. The firm must also have an employee who is a professional land surveyor registered in Louisiana. The evaluation criteria include professional training and experience, size of firm, capacity for timely completion of work, past performance, location of the principal office, and prior successful completion of projects requiring surveying services. • The maximum cumulative fee for all work on this contract shall not exceed $500,000 by a factor of more than 10% per year. • The firm must submit a Statement of Qualifications (TEC Professional Services Questionnaire) by the deadline. • The firm must identify all subcontractors who will assist in providing professional services for the project. • The firm must submit a Statement of Qualifications (TEC Professional Services Questionnaire) for each subcontractor firm. • The maximum direct hourly rate and maximum payable hourly rate for each personnel classification shall not exceed the rates shown in the attachment to the Standard Professional Services Agreement for Jefferson Parish.
