The U.S. Air Force, Dover Air Force Base, is seeking a qualified individual or organization to serve as the Director of Catholic Music Ministries for the base chapel. The contractor will provide music direction, accompaniment, and choir leadership for all Sunday Masses and special services throughout a 1‑year base period (Nov 1 2026 – Oct 31 2027) with four optional one‑year extensions. The award is a firm‑fixed‑price contract covering 316 labor hours per year. Offerors must demonstrate at least two years of Catholic liturgical music experience, proficiency on piano, and active Catholic practice, and must submit resumes, capability statements, and a cover page. Qualified candidates will be invited to an in‑person audition on 13‑14 Oct 2026, performing five prescribed pieces.
