Washtenaw Community College is seeking a vendor to provide a complete “up‑fit” package for a 2025 Ford F‑150 Lighting XLT EV Crew Cab, including 28 specified components (bumper, sirens, lights, wiring, consoles, storage, antenna, power‑distribution gear, etc.) and all associated labor for installation and de‑commissioning of an existing vehicle. Prices must be quoted per line‑item, FOB prepaid to the college, with lead‑time in business days and any applicable educational discounts applied. The bid must be submitted as a single PDF by the March 30 2026 deadline.
• Procurement of brand‑new, OEM‑spec vehicle up‑fit parts – no used or refurbished items.
• Installation labor (Canfield Labor) and de‑commissioning services are required, with all costs included in the quoted prices.
