The North Central Missouri Regional Airport Authority is seeking a qualified contractor to upgrade and expand the airfield lighting system at Brookfield Regional Airport. The work includes mobilization, site seeding, installation of a new rotating beacon and obstruction light, replacement and addition of LED runway lights, wind‑cones, electrical vault construction, extensive conduit and cable installation, and related civil work. The contract is a sealed‑bid, lowest‑responsive‑and‑responsible‑bid award with a 126‑day construction window. • Complete mobilization, field office setup, and site preparation (including 2 acres of airport seeding). • Install new rotating beacon, obstruction light, LED runway lighting (MIRL, MITL, REIL, threshold lights) and wind‑cone systems. • Provide electrical infrastructure: 5 kV cable pulling, vault construction, conduit, splice cans, power regulators, and control panels. • All work must comply with federal Davis‑Bacon, Buy‑American, DBE, and other regulatory requirements; 100 % performance and payment bonds required.
