Notice of Intent to Sole Source – Bayer Healthcare

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) intends to award a fixed price purchase order to Bayer Healthcare, LLC to provide upgrades to existing CT contrast injectors at the NIH Clinical Center Radiology and Imaging Sciences Department. The upgrades are required to maintain compliance with FDA regulations, ensure calibration of life-critical pressure-limiting safety features, and guarantee seamless software integration with the CT imaging system.
