The City of Fresno is seeking a qualified consulting firm to develop a comprehensive Mobility Design Guide (MDG) for the entire city. The consultant will conduct research, engage stakeholders, facilitate community outreach, create design standards and visual renderings, and deliver both draft and final guide documents, culminating in a presentation to the Fresno City Council. The effort is grant‑funded, runs roughly 15 months, and requires extensive public participation and coordination with a Stakeholder Advisory Committee. • Conduct review of existing city standards, policies, and relevant state/federal guidance. • Design and manage a Stakeholder Advisory Committee and at least seven public community meetings. • Produce a full Mobility Design Guide with draft and final versions, including renderings, community‑engagement plan, and Council presentation. • Deliver work under a time‑and‑materials contract (ceiling > $100K) with insurance and compliance requirements.
