Description
The Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) is issuing a small‑business set‑aside RFQ to acquire brand‑name Wazer Pro water‑jet cutting machines. The solicitation requires vendors to be the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) or an authorized distributor, to provide brand‑new equipment with full manufacturer warranty, and to submit a single technical and price quote via email. Delivery will be to multiple NRL sites (Washington, DC; Monterey, CA; and Stennis Space Center, MS) on a FOB basis. No remanufactured or gray‑market items are accepted, and any maintenance renewals must commence after contract award. Evaluation will be based on lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA).
