Description
The Tualatin Hills Park & Recreation District is seeking a firm to provide professional representation services to identify, negotiate, and secure naming and presenting rights partnerships for one of the district's properties. The selected firm will also mentor district staff throughout this process. The scope of work includes prospecting, outbound sales strategy, contracting, status updates, public relations and communications support, timeline, and mentorship. The district is looking for a firm with experience in securing similar partnerships and a commitment to sustainability practices, diverse workforce demographics, and community service.
• The RFP was published on 10/31/2025, and proposals are due on 12/8/2025.
• An optional pre-proposal conference will be held virtually on November 6, 2025.
• The district reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to cancel all or part of this RFP for any reason determined to be in the public interest.
• The selection process will be based on the evaluation criteria, including basic qualifications, ability to perform, performance history, compensation and fees, and corporate responsibility.
• The contract will be awarded to the highest-ranked consultant, and negotiations will occur with that consultant.
