USAC RFP: Benefits Broker Services

The Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) is seeking professional services for Benefits Broker Services. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to acquire these services, and proposals are due no later than March 3, 2026, at 11:00 AM ET. The RFP is available electronically at http://www.usac.org/about/procurement. • The contract awarded as a result of this RFP will not be a subcontract under a federal prime contract to USAC. • USAC is a not-for-profit Delaware corporation appointed by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) as the permanent administrator of the Universal Service Fund (USF) and the universal service support mechanisms. • The selected vendor will provide benefits broker services to USAC. • The RFP describes the services being requested and provides instructions on how to respond.
