Description
The City of Huntington Beach is soliciting a Request for Quote from qualified firms/contractors to provide median, roadside, and walkway landscape maintenance services west of Beach Blvd. The project consists of specified landscape maintenance tasks, including daily grounds maintenance, irrigation systems maintenance, trash removal, and chemical application. The City desires quotes/bids from qualified contractors with experience and qualifications in median, roadsides, and walkway landscape maintenance services. Key responsibilities include:
* Providing a complete work schedule and staffing plan
* Maintaining all landscape areas, including medians, roadsides, and walkways
* Performing insect, disease, and pest control as necessary
* Maintaining sidewalks, tree wells, and other public areas
* Coordinating work with the Operations Manager or designee to prevent conflict with City programs and activities
* Providing emergency call-out services as needed
