RFQ PWE - 11.25.2025 - On-Call Traffic Engineering Services

The City of Issaquah is seeking on-call consultants to provide traffic engineering services, including traffic studies, signal timing updates, and traffic engineering design. The selected consultants will be retained for a period of two years with an option for a one-year extension. The City intends to retain up to three on-call firms to ensure a variety of specialties are represented. The scope of work includes conducting traffic studies, assisting City staff with reviewing traffic engineering studies, and preparing plans, specifications, and estimates for traffic signals and other traffic-related projects. The City is looking for consultants with experience in providing similar services and a strong team of experienced personnel. • The selected consultants will be required to execute a City-provided Professional Services Agreement. • The agreement amount is expected to be up to $49,999 per year for each selected consultant. • The City reserves the right to reject any and all submittals and to waive minor irregularities in any submittal. • The selection criteria include qualifications for services, experience, key staff, and responsiveness.
