Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists and Speech Language Pathologists

Clayton County Public Schools is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, and Speech-Language Pathologists for school-related activities. The selected proponents will provide services on an as-needed basis, with a detailed Scope of Services included in the RFP. The contract will commence within ten calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed and will have an initial term of one year, with the option for four successive one-year renewals. • The RFP includes a detailed description of the services required, including maximum allowable hourly rates for each service tier. • Proponents must comply with all Federal, State of Georgia, and local regulations and laws applicable to Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, and Speech-Language Pathologists. • The evaluation process will consider factors such as methodology, approach, and technical ability, as well as experience and qualifications of key staff. • The contract will include provisions for termination, payment, and performance, as well as requirements for insurance, bonding, and licensing.
