UNITED STATES ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS (USACE) NORFOLK DISTRICT - GROUNDS MAINTENANCE SERVICES

The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Norfolk District is seeking eligible firms capable of performing landscaping, grounds maintenance, power washing, tree and limb maintenance, and snow removal/ice control services. The contractor will be responsible for providing all equipment and materials necessary to perform grounds maintenance on approximately 3.5 acres of improved grounds. The services to be included are: • Grass cutting/mowing • Trimming • Edging • Leaf removal • Soil aeration • Maintaining mulched areas • Turf repair • Pest control reporting • Policing grounds for trash and litter • Weed and vegetation control • Fertilization • Special events and emergencies • Maintaining improved grounds • Tree/shrub/hedge pruning • Branch and large limb removal • Power washing sidewalks and outdoor furniture • Snow and ice removal The period of performance will be a base year and 4 option years from Notice to Proceed (NTP).
