The Palm Beach County Water Utilities Department is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide architecture, engineering, land surveying, and geotechnical services at Water and Reuse Treatment Facilities and other County and non-County facilities. The selected firm may act as the Engineer of Record for planning, condition assessment, design, permitting, procuring contractors, and engineering services during construction for assigned projects. The selected firm may also act as the Design Criteria Professional for preparing design criteria packages, assisting with procuring design-build and CMAR entities, and providing owner's representative services during design-build and CMAR phase for assigned projects. Some key aspects of the job include: • Providing professional consulting services for water treatment and water resources • Acting as the Engineer of Record for assigned projects • Preparing design criteria packages and assisting with procuring design-build and CMAR entities • Providing owner's representative services during design-build and CMAR phase • Ensuring compliance with the Small Business Enterprise (SBE) participation goal of at least 20% • Ensuring that all subconsultants are registered as vendors in the Vendor Self Service (VSS) system
