SPECIFICATIONS FOR ELECTRIC UNDERGROUND DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM INSPECTION

The Florida Keys Electric Cooperative Assn., Inc. is seeking bids for the performance of inspections of its underground distribution system. The inspections must be performed in accordance with the Florida Public Service Commission (FPSC) rules, including but not limited to FPSC Rule 25 6.034, 25 6.0341, and applicable reliability and inspection standards. The scope of work includes inspections of the underground distribution system. • The inspections must be performed by a qualified contractor. • The contractor must have experience with underground distribution system inspections. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • The contractor must provide a detailed report of the inspections, including any findings and recommendations.
