Description
The City of Avalon is seeking a qualified contractor to provide on-site delivery, setting, and structural connection of modular housing units for the Civic Center Housing Project: Phase 3B. The project involves the installation of 39 modular units and accessory components. The contractor will be responsible for shipping, on-site installation, and structural connections of the modular units. The project is expected to last for 90 days. The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and codes, including prevailing wage rates and labor laws. Key aspects of the project include:
