Responsive Emergency Action for Disaster and Infrastructure (READI) Architect-Engineering (A-E) Assessment - UNRESTRICTED

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking to establish a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) pool of miscellaneous Architect-Engineering (A-E) services under the Responsive Emergency Action for Disaster and Infrastructure (READI) contract. The contract has a target of four firms with a five-year ordering period and a total shared capacity not to exceed $49M. The selected firms will provide A-E services, including design services, to support the Savannah District and other USACE districts. The contract will be procured in accordance with the Architect-Engineer Statute and the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). • The contract is for a five-year ordering period with no options. • The total shared capacity is not to exceed $49M. • Firms will be selected for negotiations based on demonstrated competence for the required work. • Task orders will be Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) and negotiated using the negotiated binding rates for the level of effort required. • The contract is primarily intended for SAD districts within the AOR, but may also be used by other USACE districts with approval from the Savannah District Procuring Contracting Officer (PCO).
