The Residences at 340 North (Phase I) – Prequalification of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Trade Contractors

The Residences at 340 North is a multi-phase residential development consisting of approximately 80 residential units, including townhomes and single-family homes, along with all supporting infrastructure. Phase I of the project includes the construction of approximately twenty-two (22) two-story townhome units, together with all associated infrastructure, utilities, and site improvements necessary to support both the initial phase and future development. The project requires the prequalification of licensed mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) trade contractors to support the construction of The Residences at 340 North (Phase I). • The project is located in Estate St. Joseph and Rosendahl, St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands. • The development will be comprised of tax parcels 4I and 4J REM. • A Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference and Optional Site Visit will be held on May 29, 2026. • Respondents will be evaluated based on relevant MEP experience, technical capability, key personnel, financial capacity, quality control, and past performance. • The project may be funded in whole or in part with federal funds and may be subject to HUD and other applicable federal requirements.
