Okta Renewal - 2026-2027

The selected vendor will provide the latest versions of Okta software licenses throughout the contract period. The contract requires the vendor to provide 24/7 technical support and software services, and all major and minor version upgrades during the license period. The delivery of the products and services will adhere to specific requirements, including electronic delivery and customer service. • The contract is for a 1-year period, from July 21, 2026, to July 20, 2027. • The vendor must be an Okta Authorized Channel Partner. • The vendor must provide comprehensive manufacturer's terms and conditions, user manuals, installation guides, and troubleshooting documentation in electronic format. • The vendor must designate a customer service representative to oversee the license renewal process and be the primary point of contact for any issues that arise during the contract period.
