Description
The Shelby County Government is seeking a contractor to conduct a tree canopy assessment. The contractor will be required to provide land-cover mapping (vegetation, impervious surface, water, bare ground) at 1-meter resolution to support tree-planting analysis. The contractor will also be required to identify planting priority areas, considering economically disadvantaged areas. The county will provide vector mapping data of these areas. The contractor may be required to make a final presentation, but this is to be determined.
