Description
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is seeking a contractor to provide modular office spaces. The contractor will be required to deliver the modular offices to two locations: PSNS Bremerton, WA, and NAS North Island, San Diego, CA. The contract will be a firm fixed-price supply contract, and the contractor will be responsible for ensuring that the modular offices meet the specifications outlined in the solicitation. The contractor will also be required to provide manufacturer information and complete all representations and certifications found in the solicitation. Some key features of the modular offices include: 12' x 42' stackable non-combustible office modular, suggested manufacturer: Whitley Evergreen, Inc, and part number: 1242NCOFF.
• The contractor will be required to deliver 6 modular offices to PSNS Bremerton, WA, and 2 modular offices to NAS North Island, San Diego, CA.
• The contractor will be required to provide a standalone spec sheet (pdf format) for evaluation.
• The contractor will be required to register in the System for Award Management (SAM) and obtain a Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS) credential for base access.
• The contractor will be required to comply with various regulations, including those related to packaging, marking, and shipping.
• The contractor will be required to provide electronic invoicing and receiving reports through the Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) system.
