Intent to Sole Source (Tactical Medical Training)

The Marine Forces Reserve, Regional Contracting Office, intends to award a sole source requirement to Tier 1 Group for Tactical Medical Training (TCCC/AMT Support). The training will incorporate the objectives of TCCC and apply them to a patient model, with a focus on patient assessment skills and a low student-to-instructor ratio. The training will cover various topics, including management of hemorrhage, airway, and tension pneumothorax, as well as bandaging and splinting, shock management, and improvised techniques.
