Polk School District is seeking a qualified vendor to supply and install new metal lockers for the gymnasium and softball field house at Cedartown Middle School, as well as relocate existing lockers. The project includes furnishing 103 All‑Star style lockers (18” W × 72” H × 18” D, black, powder‑coated, MIG‑welded) and relocating 36 double‑tier frames. Work must be completed by December 31 2026. Bids are accepted via sealed envelope; electronic submissions are not allowed.
