Description
The City of Salina is seeking a qualified contractor to fully demolish a dangerous residential structure located at 1616 West Crawford Street, and to perform all associated site work, including utility disconnections, debris removal, back‑filling, and final grading. The contract will be awarded on a lump‑sum basis and must be completed within a 90‑day window after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. The contractor must hold a Kansas Class A, B, C General Contractor license or a Specialty Demolition Contractor license, provide performance and payment bonds, and maintain the specified insurance coverage.
