Catholic Music Director

The U.S. Air Force is seeking a qualified Catholic Music Director to provide choir‑direction and liturgical music services at Maxwell Air Force Base. The contractor will be responsible for weekly rehearsals, Saturday and Sunday Masses, special liturgical events, and related administrative duties over a five‑year period, with each year structured as a separate CLIN. The award will be based on the lowest price meeting all technical requirements and is set‑aside for small‑business vendors only. • Minimum 5 years experience directing Catholic choirs; familiarity with Missal, Music Issue, and Glory and Praise hymnals. • Provide up to 250 hours of service per year (≈ 52 rehearsals, 104 Masses, 26 special services, 4 funerals). • Must obtain Air Force base access badges, pass contractor‑type and child‑safety background checks, and submit resume, performance tape, and past‑performance references. • Contract is firm‑fixed‑price, one‑year base period with four optional one‑year extensions (total possible performance of five years).
