The New York County District Attorney’s Office is seeking proposals from qualified transportation providers to deliver on‑demand and scheduled car‑transportation services for its staff, victims, witnesses, and families across New York City, Long Island, Westchester, Connecticut, and New Jersey. The contractor must supply licensed SUVs, minivans, and car seats, confirm reservations, meet tight arrival windows, and handle invoicing with detailed trip tickets. The contract is capped at $250,000 per year, with a one‑year base term and up to two optional two‑year renewals.
• Service area includes all five NYC boroughs plus surrounding counties and neighboring states.
• Requirements: NY/CT/NJ licensing, ≥5 years relevant experience, ability to provide SUVs/minivans and car seats, background‑check compliance, and enrollment in NYC Passport & PIP.
