The City of Columbus – Columbus Water & Power (CWP) is seeking an Indefinite Quantity Agreement (IQA) for HAZWOPER (Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response) training services to be delivered on an as‑needed basis at multiple CWP facilities throughout the Columbus, Ohio metropolitan area. The agreement is valued at an estimated $40,000 per year, runs through October 31 2027, and requires a licensed Ohio contractor to provide classroom instruction, hands‑on PPE training, practical exercises, and testing for several course levels (Technician, Operations, and Awareness) with both full‑day and refresher formats. Classes are scheduled weekdays between 6 AM‑4 PM, with limited second‑shift options. The contractor must submit unit prices for each course line item; all bids must include required state licenses and be emailed to the designated invoicing address.
